Experience
1 to 3 years of experience as DCC with ISO Standards: understanding ISO 9001, KPI, CAR, IQA, MR, and Plans Programs, for quality management systems that ensure compliance with these standards.
Responsible for managing the company's ISO, internal, and external documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. DCC helps to adhere to record‑retention policies, safeguard information, and retrieve data effectively.
Scan, image, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document life‑cycle procedures.
Archive inactive records following the records‑retention schedule.
Help the department develop and maintain documents such as forms, procedures, specifications, approvals, and related items.
1 to 3 years of working experience in regulatory requirements: learning about industry‑specific regulations, external auditors, and health and safety laws that apply to construction and shipping documentation.
Proven work experience as a Document Control Custodian.
Assist with file migrations, audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
