Job summary

DBM Vircon is seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain the document control system for its projects. The role involves handling incoming client documents, logging and stamping drawings, and ensuring accurate distribution of manuals, reports, and drawings.

You will coordinate with project leadership to resolve errors, manage RFIs, and maintain CVs as needed, contributing to project quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience working in Document Controller role.
• Secondary Education/Year 12; a Business Administration qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the document control system for projects.
• Handle incoming client documentation, log, stamp, and route for approvals.
• Manage outgoing documentation, transmittals, and client portal uploads.
• Coordinate with Technical Assurance Manager or Project Manager for clarifications.
• Ensure quality forms, manuals, reports, drawings, and timesheets are properly stored.
