Job summary

MELCO Factory Automation Philippines Inc. is seeking a Document Controller to join our team in Pasig City on a project-based six-month assignment. You will oversee creation, storage, distribution, and archiving of documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with project teams, maintain version control, track submissions, and generate status reports while safeguarding confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in document control, administration, records management, or project support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage document control systems and procedures.
• Receive, register, classify, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
• Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, and updated before distribution.
• Track document revisions and maintain version control.
• Monitor document submission schedules and deadlines.
• Organize and archive records in both electronic and physical formats.
• Retrieve documents and provide access to authorized personnel when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on document status, outstanding submissions, and document control activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, clients, and management regarding documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
