GLORIOUS DEXA MANDAYA INC, an Indonesian-based pharmaceutical company, seeks a District Sales Manager in the Philippines to lead a Medical Representatives team and implement market domination strategies.

The role requires 2-3 years in pharma sales and willingness to travel. You will define plans, supervise the team, and ensure performance with timely reports. Growth opportunities and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• With at least 2-3 years experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry as a District Sales Manager.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and supervise work plan of team, including customer list, sales activities, etc. in accordance to defined market domination strategy.
• Supervise a team of Medical Representatives
• Ensure the completeness and competency of the team
• Reporting work results accurately and punctually, including working papers, daily visits report and operational expense reports.
