Delex Pharma International, Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-driven District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead our sales team in North Luzon. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the sales team within the assigned district. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, developing people, monitoring field activities, managing district resources, and building strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
Achieve the assigned Annual District Quota and District Impact Goals
Develop and implement an Annual District Sales Plan aligned with the Company's overall goals and objectives
Manage district expenses in accordance with established Finance and Marketing policies
Develop and strengthen the team's KASH (Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Habits) to maximize individual and team potential
Lead, coach, and monitor team performance while providing appropriate direction and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), Key Decision Makers, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
Effectively manage district spending and product pricing to maximize ROI while protecting the Company's profit margins
Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
Regularly monitor and evaluate field force activities, ensuring proper execution of sales strategies and action plans
Provide timely sales updates, reports, and performance insights to management
Graduate of any 4-year course; a Master's degree or relevant graduate studies is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience as a District Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel
Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to apply Situational Leadership
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of data analysis, sales reporting, and performance monitoring
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and travel within the assigned district
