Job summary

Patient Care Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales in District K and surrounding territories. You will plan, organize, and direct activities to achieve revenue and collection targets.

You will coach field teams, oversee recruitment, contracts, bids, and ensure compliance with budgets and office policies. Travel is required, and a company car, health insurance, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in sales management, medical devices or similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales objectives aligned with company directives to hit revenue and collection targets.
• Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders in assigned territories.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Conduct field coaching and regular meetings to guide sales representatives in program execution.
• Oversee personnel productivity by identifying training needs and conducting performance appraisals.
• Assist in the recruitment process, from screening to interviewing prospective sales talent.
• Supervise the preparation of contracts, price quotations, and complex bidding requirements.
• Ensure all team itineraries and expense reports (WERs) are accurate, timely, and within budget.
• Monitor Accounts Receivables (AR) and ensure team compliance with all office policies and guidelines.

Overview:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and leading sales activities to achieve sales goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Sales Growth
