Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Modern Trade District Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across a defined district.

You will manage a team of BDMs and KA specialists, drive volume, revenue, and distribution targets, and ensure in-store execution with Trade Marketing and Operations. You will develop JBPs with major modern trade accounts, negotiate terms and promotions, and collaborate across functions to implement national and district initiatives, while tracking KPIs

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years FMCG sales, modern trade account management, or regional sales leadership.
• Demonstrates leadership in managing key accounts or regional portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Proficient in sales analytics tools (Power BI, Nielsen, SAP, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
