Job summary

JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to lead the Modern Trade team in the GMA area. You will coordinate sales strategies, coach the Key Accounts team, and drive KPI-based performance to achieve sales targets and company goals.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree in business-related fields, 5+ years in Modern Trade account management, 2+ years in ASM/RSM roles within FMCG, and strong English communication with data-driven thinking.

Qualifications

• 4-year College Degree in Business/Economics/Marketing or related field from a reputable University.
• At least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade Account Management.
• At least 2 years of experience as ASM/RSM/ District BDM or equivalent in FMCG.
• Knowledge of planning from order to delivery, distribution and expense management.
• Proven people management skills with experience leading direct reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong data-based analysis and strategic thinking; strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive Manual or Automatic Transmission with a Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies and plans in the area to meet business objectives.
• Lead, motivate and coach the Key Accounts team and monitor their KPIs towards sales targets.
• Implement and manage information and data analysis to aid in business strategies and activities.
• Develop and execute plans to improve distribution, order-to-delivery efficiency, and expense management.
• Represent the company in the GMA area with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Drive performance and capability building within the Modern Trade team.
