Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a field sales professional to cover Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon, and nearby regions. You will drive sales, manage distributor accounts, and ensure product availability and promotions.

This role requires a degree in business or related field, a valid driver's license, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You will engage with customers, visit outlets, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to handle fieldwork.
• Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, collection, and distribution targets.
• Manage and develop assigned distributor accounts and customer outlets.
• Ensure product availability, merchandising standards, pricing, and promotions are implemented properly.
• Conduct outlet visits and monitor stocks, competitors, and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational concerns.
• Prepare sales, collection, competitor, and merchandising reports.
• Maintain accurate records of distributor performance and market intelligence.
• Assist in sales programs, product launches, and trade activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend sales meetings, route rides, and training programs.
