Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Distributor Specialist to support distributor operations, monitor sales performance, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and solid knowledge of sales operations, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring. Field visits and coordination with cross-functional teams are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring.
• Good analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales and market data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to handle fieldwork and multiple accounts.
• Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fieldwork, distributor coordination, and multiple account concerns.
• Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG operations is an advantage.
