Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Distributor Specialist to drive sales across Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bicol, Sorsogon, and Palawan.

You will manage fieldwork, coordinate with distributors, analyze market data, and maintain key accounts to improve distribution performance. A bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motorcycle or car.
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales and market data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fieldwork and coordinate with distributors across designated regions to optimize sales operations.
• Monitor account concerns, merchandising, pricing, and overall distribution performance.
• Analyze market and sales data using Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and track performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and local partners.

DISTRIBUTOR SPECIALIST

Salary: ₱22,000 - ₱24,000 plus commission

Location: South Luzon - Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bicol, Sorsogon, and Palawan

Job Requirements

Strictly must meet qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle or car with a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring
• Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fieldwork and multiple account concerns
• Open to all genders
• Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG operations is an advantage
