Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. seeks a Distributor Sales Supervisor to cover an assigned distributor territory and achieve sales targets, distribution, visibility, and saturation of key stores.

You will train, motivate, and guide distributor sales personnel to maximize growth in the area. You will spend most of your time in the field, coaching the distributor sales team, analyzing market opportunities, and coordinating with finance and supply chain to improve route-to-market and account performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years distributor sales experience
• FMCG sales leadership experience
• Strong negotiation and people management skills
• Willingness to travel and regional familiarity

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned territory based on plan.
• Increase distribution, availability, coverage and visibility of SKUs in key channels.
• Coach distributor sales personnel to maximize growth opportunities.
• Report to Regional Distributor Manager and conduct monthly territory reviews.
• Collaborate with distributor finance and supply chain teams.
