Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Strong experience in distributor management, sales operations, and route-to-market execution.
• Knowledge of trade programs, merchandising, and field sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within Mindoro and nearby territories.

• Execute projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback from insights gathered.
• Set, track, measure and coach the distributor and DSP towards success in covering opportunities.
• Interact with Merch counterparts and third-party agencies to ensure goals are achieved.
• Implement and control AR collection and submission of claims.
• Prudently manage approved budgets in trade and assets.
• Implement programs to improve distributor understanding, grow routes, and enhance selling methods in territory.
• Execute programs to improve understanding of distributor business and performance.

Distributor Development Specialist - Mindoro

We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Distributor Development Specialist to help drive business growth, strengthen distributor partnerships, and ensure excellent execution of sales and trade programs within the assigned territory. This role is ideal for sales professionals with experience in FMCG who enjoy fieldwork, building strong business relationships, and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback on the insights gathered from the same.
• Set, Track, Measure and Coach the Distributor and the DSP towards success in covering the identified opportunities and ensure that the goal of the strategy is attained.
• Interact and work with Merch counterparts and third-party agencies to ensure that set goals are achieved and set properly.
• Implement and controls the AR collection and submission of claims.
• Practices prudence in the implementing the approved budgets in the trade and ensure compliance in managing assets within their possession.
• Implement program, activities and directives that will control the returns ratio through effective Distributor management.
• Execute the projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback on the insights gathered from the same.
• Execute the programs that will improve the understanding of the business of the distributor, grow the routes in the territory and improve ways of selling in their territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in distributor management, sales operations, and route-to-market execution.
• Knowledge of trade programs, merchandising, and field sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within Mindoro and nearby territories as needed.
