Job summary

GCash, the Philippines' leading fintech app, is seeking a Channel Distribution Manager for Distributive Trade to lead the Distributor Core Work Process and serve as the key link between GCash and its distributor partners. The role drives sales performance, distributor management, territory strategies, and business-building initiatives to achieve KPIs.

You will build partnerships with distributors, work with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and guide field teams across Sales, Marketing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
3–5 years in FMCG, Telecommunications, FinTech or related field, esp. sales/distributor management.
Strong understanding of distributor management and trade operations.
Experience in P&L management and budget oversight.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and hands-on field work.

Responsibilities

Lead the Distributor Core Work Process for the assigned territory.
Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, aligning on KPIs and priorities.
Develop territory strategies, plans, and growth programs aligned with regional goals.
Prepare and present Distributor Reviews and KPI meetings.
Collaborate with DDM and OMM to align on distributor plans and weekly targets.
Monitor distributor performance and drive initiatives to hit sales targets.
Provide guidance across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution to improve operations.
