Job summary

Mynt, the fintech behind GCash, is hiring a Channel Distribution Manager for Distributive Trade in Leyte/Samar. You will lead the Distributor Core Work Process, build distributor partnerships, and drive territory strategies to hit KPIs.

Responsibilities include preparing reviews, coordinating with DDM and DOM, and ensuring sales targets and channel growth. Willingness to travel and hands-on field work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, Telecommunications, FinTech, or a related industry, particularly in Sales and Distributor Management.
• Strong understanding of distributor management, trade operations, and sales channel development.
• Experience in P&L management, distributor trade terms, and budget management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on field work and travel within Leyte/Samar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Distributor Core Work Process for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, ensuring alignment on sales objectives, KPIs, and business priorities.
• Develop territory strategies, business plans, and growth programs aligned with regional strategies and business objectives.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of Distributor Management Business Reviews, Operations Meetings, and Distributor Sales Performance (DSP) Meetings.
• Monitor distributor performance and drive initiatives to achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Train and develop distributor sales personnel on the skills and practices needed to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor account and distributor performance, including pipelines, operational concerns, and other key business indicators.
• Prepare regular performance, market analysis, and channel growth reports.
• Manage assigned budgets and ensure resources are utilized effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues, improve execution, and deliver desired results.
• Build strong relationships with distribution partners and identify opportunities for business growth.
