Job summary

GCash is seeking a Channel Distribution Manager for Distributive Trade to lead the Distributor Core Work Process and strengthen connections with distributor partners. You will drive sales performance, create territory plans, and align with regional strategies to meet KPIs.

You will guide and consult across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution to optimize operations and growth. This role requires hands-on field work within Leyte/Samar and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in FMCG, Telecommunications, FinTech, or related industry with experience in Sales and Distributor Management.
• Strong understanding of distributor management, trade operations, and sales channel development.
• Experience in P&L management and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distributor Core Work Process for the assigned territory and drive sales performance.
• Build and maintain partnerships with distributors and align on KPIs and business priorities.
• Develop territory strategies, business plans, and growth programs aligned with regional objectives.
• Lead Distributor Management Business Reviews, Operations Meetings, and Distributor Sales Performance reviews.
• Collaborate with DDM and Distributor Operations Manager to align on distributor plans and weekly KPI targets.
• Monitor distributor performance and drive initiatives to meet sales and distribution targets.
• Provide guidance across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Distribution to improve channel performance.
• Train distributor sales personnel on needed skills and practices to hit objectives.
• Monitor accounts, pipelines, and other key business indicators; prepare reports.
