Role Overview:

You are responsible for transforming data into actionable insights and dynamic dashboards to optimize performance, volume growth, and program sustainability. You will support the Model Excellence Associate Manager through analytics, stakeholder engagement, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform complex data into actionable insights on partner performance, inventory health, profitability, and compliance
• Drive volume growth by aligning analytics with Commercial strategies for model contribution
• Analyze achievement behaviors to ensure long-term sustainability and efficiency
• Deliver program progress reports and postmortem evaluations to inform GTM strategies
• Build dynamic dashboards and scorecards that empower Commercial Units with real-time, decision-ready intelligence

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate data-driven discussions with GTMMs to evaluate IAP outcomes, GTM initiative effectiveness, and partner performance
• Share synthesized insights across cross-functional teams to enable alignment and faster decision-making
• Maintain robust documentation and centralized tools on SharePoint for seamless stakeholder access

3. Process Excellence & Reporting

• Standardize reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Organize and maintain guides, templates, and survey documentation for all stakeholders
• Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely consolidation of data from multiple sources
• Continuously improve systems and processes to support dynamic business needs
• Ensure data integrity through rigorous checks, system downloads, and consolidation from multiple platforms (SAP, Delphi, Vxceed, GTM-CU).

4. Project Management

• Partner with Model Sustainability Associate Managers to accelerate project execution through analytics and strategic coordination

Requirements:

The candidate must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, commercial insights, or project coordination
• Must demonstrate strong analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Experience in dashboard development, data consolidation, process improvement, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools is highly preferred.
