The Logistics Excellence Associate Manager plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and best practices across the logistics network. This position supports strategic initiatives to optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution by implementing global standards, performance metrics, and process improvements. The role acts as a bridge between operations and strategic planning, ensuring that Coca-Cola's logistics performance meets or exceeds service, cost, and sustainability targets.

Working closely with internal teams (such as supply planning, production, and commercial functions) and external logistics partners, the Logistics Excellence Associate Manager analyzes logistics data, identifies inefficiencies, and supports the rollout of initiatives like route optimization, automation, and digital tracking systems. A strong focus is placed on cost reduction, customer service, safety, and compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements.

This role also supports training and capability-building across logistics teams to ensure consistent execution of logistics excellence programs throughout the value chain..
