Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking an Insights Analyst to help identify strategic growth opportunities by supporting end-to-end data ETL, generating data-driven insights, and providing actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders and major external customers.

The role analyzes channel and customer performance, identifies short, medium and long-term category trends, and evaluates revenue growth opportunities including portfolio optimization and price architecture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT or any other Engineering, Business-related or Business Analytics Courses.
• Experience in Insights, Analytics, Data Analysis, Market Research, Data Storytelling, Stakeholder Management, etc.
• OPEN for Fresh Grads with Internship Data Analytics, Business Analytics
• Basic Excel, Power Query and Pivot.
• Basic Presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Basic Power BI skills

Responsibilities

• Generate and track key commercial metrics such as shares, distribution, and volume.
• Own ETL processing of data and introduce reporting efficiencies.
• Craft relevant insights and recommendations that will lead to transformational actions to support business aspirations and drive collaborative business planning with external business partners.
• Assess marketing and channel initiatives and identify where the company can optimize its strategies and efforts to drive company growth.
• Be able to articulate, build and give a clear point of view from analyses and research outcomes to key stakeholders and drive recommendations going forward

The Insights Analyst plays a key role in helping the business identify strategic growth opportunities and competitive advantages by determining where to compete and how to succeed in the market. This is achieved through supporting the end-to-end data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process, generating data-driven insights, and providing actionable recommendations to both internal stakeholders and key external customers, including top businesses and retailers in the country.

The role is also responsible for supporting the development of the company's growth strategies through comprehensive analyses of channel and customer performance, identifying short, medium, and long-term category trends, and the evaluation of channel-specific revenue growth opportunities, and detecting channel-specific revenue growth opportunities may it be portfolio optimization, price architecture, etc.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate:
