Qualifications

• 2 years of disputes-related experience in Open Loop Disputes, Payments or card services.
• 3+ years working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Experience with dashboards and data tools.
• Familiarity with escalations, SLAs and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transaction dispute investigations.
• Escalate dispute issues to Network Leadership in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for all cases.
• Direct and prioritize work based on roadmap initiatives and business need.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance disputes processes.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and track countermeasures.
• Educate team members on system tools and processes.
• Work with Product to understand tooling and process improvements.
• Partner with Data Analytics to create dashboards and reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
