Job summary

RBGM MEDICAL EXPRESS SALES, INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure timely, safe delivery of medical equipment and supplies. You will inspect items, load, coordinate with the Dispatcher, and complete dispatch checklists to ensure accuracy.

You will secure signed Sales Invoices or Delivery Receipts, log entries, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep. The role requires a High School diploma and a valid driver’s license, with up to 1 year in supply chain or logistics

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries: inspect items, load, confirm schedules with Dispatcher, execute deliveries, update OPS, complete dispatch checklists.

• Fleet Care: maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned delivery vehicles.
• Support: assist in conventions and events when needed.

Ensures the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of medical equipment and supplies to clients while maintaining delivery vehicles and handling accurate paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliveries: Inspect items before loading, confirm schedules with the Dispatcher, execute timely deliveries, update the Order Processing Specialist (OPS), and complete dispatch checklists (BLOWBAGETS).
• Documentation: Secure and return signed Sales Invoices (SI) or Delivery Receipts (DR) and log entries accurately.
• Fleet Care: Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned delivery vehicles.
• Support: Assist in conventions and events when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & License: High School Graduate with a valid Driver's License.
• Experience: 1 year or less in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Familiarity with local/regional traffic routes and transport regulations.
• Basic knowledge of safe handling procedures for medical supplies.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual with strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Requires continuous driving, lifting, carrying medical items, and spending extended periods on the road in varying weather conditions.
