The role focuses on improving dispatch processes, monitoring performance, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to sustain high-quality service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or fleet ops.
• At least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, route optimization, and fleet management.
• Experience leading drivers and operations teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Oversee daily dispatch activities, route planning, vehicle assignments, and delivery schedules.
• Manage overall transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficient fleet utilization and resource allocation.
• Supervise and manage drivers, dispatchers, and operations personnel, ensuring productivity and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor delivery performance, operational efficiency, fleet utilization, and logistics expenses; prepare regular operational reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address delivery concerns and ensure service quality.
• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations, road safety standards, company policies, and proper operational documentation.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to optimize dispatch processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

JOB SUMMARY

Oversees and manages the company's overall dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring efficient fleet utilization, timely delivery of goods, effective manpower deployment, and compliance with operational and safety standards. Responsible for optimizing dispatch schedules, monitoring operational performance, managing personnel, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch Management – Oversee daily dispatch activities, route planning, vehicle assignments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

2. Logistics Operations – Manage overall transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficient fleet utilization and resource allocation.

3. Team Leadership – Supervise and manage drivers, dispatchers, and operations personnel, ensuring productivity and compliance with company standards.

4. Performance Monitoring – Monitor delivery performance, operational efficiency, fleet utilization, and logistics expenses; prepare regular operational reports.

5. Client and Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address delivery concerns and ensure service quality.

6. Safety and Compliance – Ensure adherence to transportation regulations, road safety standards, company policies, and proper operational documentation.

7. Process Improvement and Cost Control – Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to optimize dispatch processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or fleet operations.

• With at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, route optimization, fleet management, and logistics operations.

• Experience managing drivers, dispatch personnel, and operations teams.

• Knowledgeable in operational reporting, inventory or shipment monitoring, and cost control.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple operational activities and work under pressure.
