Job summary

RBGM Medical Express Sales Inc. is seeking a reliable delivery driver to ensure timely, safe, and accurate transport of medical equipment and supplies.

You will load, deliver, and document shipments while upholding regulatory and safety standards in Metro Manila and nearby areas. Responsibilities include inspecting goods, maintaining delivery records, keeping assigned vehicles clean, and supporting events as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with a valid Driver's License.
• 1 year or less in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with local/regional traffic routes and transport regulations.
• Basic knowledge of safe handling procedures for medical supplies.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries: Inspect items before loading, confirm schedules with the Dispatcher, execute timely deliveries, update OPS, and complete dispatch checklists.
• Documentation: Secure and return signed Sales Invoices or Delivery Receipts and log entries accurately.
• Fleet Care: Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned delivery vehicles.
• Support: Assist in conventions and events when needed.

• Deliveries: Inspect items before loading, confirm schedules with the Dispatcher, execute timely deliveries, update the Order Processing Specialist (OPS), and complete dispatch checklists (BLOWBAGETS).
• Documentation: Secure and return signed Sales Invoices (SI) or Delivery Receipts (DR) and log entries accurately.
• Fleet Care: Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned delivery vehicles.
• Support: Assist in conventions and events when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & License: High School Graduate with a valid Driver's License.
• Experience: 1 year or less in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Familiarity with local/regional traffic routes and transport regulations.
• Basic knowledge of safe handling procedures for medical supplies.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual with strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements
