STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES, INC is seeking a Dispatch Planner to manage delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery through close coordination with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams. The role emphasizes timely communication and accurate documentation for all outbound orders.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree or are at least in 2nd year college with at least 1 year in logistics or related planning. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to excel in this position located

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2nd year college in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or related planning.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Admin for confirmations of delivery schedules and advisories.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and planning for stocks allocations.
• Maintain close coordination with PSD for pull-out and repaired item transactions prior to delivery.
• Prepare Gatepass, Trip Activity Report, Delivery Checklist, Diesel PO, pull-out attachments, and other documents for delivery.
• Prepare Daily Dispatch Report, Logistics Report, and Logistics KPI report.
• Maintain close coordination and communications with the delivery team.
• Prepare requests for trucking and 3rd Party Hauler Clearance.
• Daily transfer of PSD returned documents from deliveries.

About the role

Responsible for Dispatch Planning and Scheduling of Sales Order based on Leadtime and Customer's requirements and ensuring complete delivery through constant communication and coordination with the delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Admin for confirmations of delivery schedules and advisories
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and planning department for stocks allocations
• Maintain close coordination with PSD for pull-out and repaired item transactions prior to delivery

• Prepare Daily Dispatch Report, Logistics Report, and Logistics KPI report

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course or at least 2nd Year College level
