Job summary

Unison Computer Systems Inc. in Bulacan is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to assist in coordinating daily truck dispatch, driver assignments, delivery schedules, and transportation routes.

You will monitor movements, prepare records, coordinate with drivers and clients, and help document incidents while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily truck dispatch, driver assignments, delivery schedules, and transportation routes.
• Monitor truck and driver movements, trip progress, port activities, and delivery status to ensure timely operations.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate logistics documents, trip tickets, delivery receipts, manifests, and other records.
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, forwarders, ports, and internal departments regarding schedules, requirements, and operational concerns.
• Assist in monitoring vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, repairs, fleet cards, and other fleet-related expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, transportation regulations, and required documentation.
• Prepare logistics reports and assist in documenting and coordinating issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other operational incidents.
