Satellite Office is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee the dispatch operation, ensuring efficient delivery paths and a high level of customer service. You will liaise with delivery contractors and support the Dispatch and Deliveries team with leadership, process improvements and change management.

You will handle inbound customer enquiries across digital channels, monitor reviews, and assist with enquiries that may lead to purchases, contributing to online marketing activities
