Job summary

Dexterton Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily deliveries across Metro Manila. You will coordinate drivers, vehicles, and routes, track shipments, and ensure on-time performance.

You will communicate schedules with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff, maintain dispatch logs, and support continuous improvement of logistics processes to optimize transportation efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics-related education is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and dispatch software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
