Job summary

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in finished vehicle logistics (FVL) or complete auto transport is strongly preferred.
• Domain and route expertise in port-to-hub and hub-to-dealer transportation loops.
• Hands-on experience operating a Transportation Management System (TMS) and familiarity with digital POD processing.
• Highly responsive and proficient in real-time communication via Viber, Messenger, WeChat, and other messaging tools.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills under high operational stress.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer-Facing Communication & Coordination: Serve as a frontline operational contact, effectively managing client expectations under pressure across multiple instant messaging platforms (Viber, Messenger, WeChat, etc.).
• End-to-End Fleet Dispatching: Plan, assign, and track multi-leg vehicle transport routes, including Port to Hub/Distribution Center (DC) and Hub to Dealership (4S Store) moves.
• Specialized Vehicle & NEV Operations: Apply deep operational knowledge of specialized car carriers (e.g., car haulers, flatbeds, multi-car transporters) and strictly enforce safety/handling protocols specific to New Energy Vehicles (NEVs/EVs).
• TMS & Digital Dispatch Management: Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for efficient load assignment, route optimization, and tracking, adapting quickly to modern, smart/automated dispatch workflows.
• Proof of Delivery (POD) Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete POD collection and validation process, ensuring prompt, accurate sign-offs to prevent claims and streamline billing.

Qualifications & Key Requirements
