Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in finished vehicle logistics (FVL) or complete auto transport is strongly preferred.
• Domain and route expertise in port-to-hub and hub-to-dealer transportation loops.
• Hands-on experience operating a Transportation Management System (TMS) and familiarity with digital POD processing.
• Highly responsive and proficient in real-time communication via Viber, Messenger, WeChat, and other messaging tools.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills under high operational stress.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline operational contact; manage client expectations under pressure across multiple instant messaging platforms.
• Plan, assign, and track multi-leg vehicle transport routes (port to hub/DC; hub to dealer).
• Apply knowledge of specialized car carriers and enforce NEV safety/handling protocols.
• Use TMS for load assignment, route optimization, and tracking.
• Oversee POD collection and validation for accurate sign-offs and billing.
