Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Onboarding, Middle Office, Investment Operations, or related financial services functions.
• Knowledge of fund onboarding, retirement plans (401(k)/Defined Contribution), or the investment trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Experience working with financial systems, operational platforms, and large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and adapt working hours based on business needs.

Aufgaben

• Execute end-to-end onboarding and implementation activities for fund and retirement products.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, custodians, brokers, and external partners to ensure timely account setup and onboarding completion.
• Review and validate documentation while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• Perform system configuration, data validation, reconciliations, and support data conversions across multiple platforms.
• Identify operational risks, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous process improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
