Qualifications
- College Degree in any Business Courses
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
- Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Foster client relationships through farming, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with Market Analyst group on client submissions, briefs, and due diligence reports.
- Prepare pitches and client presentations.
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients.
- Handle documentation for transaction management, LOI, RFP, and related contracts.
- Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients; mentor the team of brokers.
