Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a Tenant Representation professional to join a dynamic team that helps owners locate ideal office and commercial spaces. You will engage clients, perform market research, and coordinate with analysts and legal teams to support transactions.

The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills, plus the ability to manage multiple engagements from outreach to post-sale support. A business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Business Courses required.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
• Experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop client relationships through cold outreach and other legitimate methods.
• Collaborate with Market Analyst Group on client submissions, briefs, due diligence and reports.
• Prepare and conduct pitches and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients.
• Process transaction-related documentation: build options list, RFIs/LOIs, and related items.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide updates and post‑sales support with the Client Engagement Coordinator.
• Organize and facilitate various client engagement activities.
