Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a high-energy Business Development professional to grow client relationships and drive deal flow. You will work with our Market Analyst group to prepare briefs, case studies and due diligence, and you will lead pitches, site inspections, and documentation for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Foster client relationships through farming, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with Market Analyst group on client submissions, briefs, and due diligence reports.
• Prepare pitches and client presentations.
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients.
• Handle documentation for transaction management, LOI, RFP, and related contracts.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients; mentor the team of brokers.

Job Description

• Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
• Work with our Market Analyst group on submissions for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.
• Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations
• Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
• Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
• Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers
• Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales support
• Help mount and attend various client engagement activities
