Mastercard is seeking a Director, Network Management to lead growth, optimization, and commercialization of the receiving network across Southeast Asia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field.
• 5–10 years in payments, banking, fintech, remittances, or card networks.
• Proven ability to manage commercial relationships with banks and payment institutions.
• Experience negotiating and expanding network partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border remittances and payout methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional network commercialization strategies to drive growth.
• Onboard new RSPs, banks, fintechs, wallets, and payment institutions.
• Expand payout coverage across bank deposits, mobile wallets, and card payouts.
• Lead partner relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with product, Compliance, and Finance on settlements and liquidity.
• Drive network optimization to improve efficiency and transaction success.
