Job summary

Mastercard in Manila is seeking a Manager, SSO Commercialisation to drive Pay for Performance models and bundled offerings across Asia Pacific. The role interfaces with Product, Sales, Finance and Legal to convert customer value into commercial terms.

You will design sellable bundles, enable sales teams and track pipeline while collaborating with regional and country teams. A strong payments security background and regional GTM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field.
Experience in commercial, sales enablement or product management in payments, security services or technology.
Experience contributing to go-to-market execution for complex products or services, ideally in a regional or multi-market environment.
Exposure to pricing models and working with Finance on revenue and margins.
Knowledge of payments ecosystem and cybersecurity solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop Pay for Performance commercial models across the SSO portfolio with Product, Pricing, Finance and Legal.
Build value-based measurement frameworks linking customer outcomes to commercial terms.
Identify and pursue synergies between SSO and Consulting; map leverage points and synergies.
Package joint SSO + Consulting propositions and enable sales teams; track pipeline and conversion.
Develop SSO sellable bundles with defined use cases, buying centres and pricing structures; refresh based on market feedback.
