Job summary

Amanpulo on Pamalican Island in the Philippines invites a dynamic Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Sports and Recreation, and Laundry. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, and Laundry.
• A passionate hospitality leader with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Director of Rooms - Amanpulo Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic Director of Rooms to lead our Rooms Division team, overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Sports and Recreation, and Laundry operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Rooms will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and team performance across all areas of the Rooms Division.
