Aman invites a Director of Rooms to lead our Rooms Division at Amanpulo in Palawan. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Sports and Recreation, and Laundry, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence while mentoring leaders and shaping service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Extensive knowledge of Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, Laundry).
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Rooms Division to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor department heads and team members.
• Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop plans.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure personalized and memorable guest experiences.
