• Proven ability to lead, inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.

• Manage daily operations of the Rooms Division to ensure smooth service delivery.

Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic Director of Rooms to lead our Rooms Division team, overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Sports and Recreation, and Laundry operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Rooms will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and team performance across all areas of the Rooms Division. The role will provide strategic and hands‑on leadership to deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and supporting the overall profitability of the property.

• A passionate hospitality leader with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
