Job summary

Aman Group’s Amanpulo on Pamalican Island, Palawan, seeks a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Sports and Recreation, and Laundry, reporting to the General Manager.

You will drive guest service excellence, oversee daily operations, manage arrivals and departures, ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and mentor department heads to deliver personalized experiences while supporting profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum five years in a senior Rooms Division leadership role.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Rooms Division to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor department heads and team members.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets.
