Qualifications

• At least 4 years of leadership experience in BPO or operations management.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Ability to prepare ROI analyses and report progress to executives.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional and resilient attitude.
• Ability to manage third‑party vendor relationships and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a number of campaigns with Operations Managers, Team Leaders and staff.
• Ensure regular communication between staff and senior management.
• Staff, train and staff the operations assigned; develop goals and plans to achieve them.
• Guide Operations Managers to meet team and individual goals; ensure policy compliance.
• Support Senior Director/VP in crafting operations procedures and scaling activities.
