Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign performance and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor metrics, identify risks and blockers, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistent quality interpretation.
• Serve as client point of contact and communicate updates and next steps.
• Manage multiple campaigns and align goals and success metrics across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams for continuous improvement.
