Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Campaign Lead (POC) to coordinate daily between the client and internal teams, driving performance, calibrations, and alignment across Operations, Quality, and Training. You will monitor metrics, communicate progress, and ensure goals are understood and pursued across several campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience in calibrations and performance reporting in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage both quality and productivity performance in an operational setting.
• Experience running or supporting calibrations and aligning standards across teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign performance and ensure delivery against productivity and quality targets.
• Lead calibration sessions to minimize variance and improve quality consistency.
• Serve as the client contact, providing updates on performance, risks, and action plans.
• Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring goals and success metrics are clear for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training to drive continuous improvement.
