Job Description

Overview: This role is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of a number of campaigns along with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff assigned to these programs.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
• Be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
• Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
• Manage and staff the operations assigned.
• Be responsible for all aspects of operations including monitoring operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training; provisioning excellent clientele service, problem resolution, and related activities.
• Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.
• Guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team and individual goals.
• Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
• Assist the Senior Director of Operations / Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably at director or VP level specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent.
• Capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Managed at least 1,000 FTEs and strong computer skills, especially in using Google Suite applications.
• Proven track record of meeting and delivering targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build productive business relationships with clients; strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills; professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
