Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Director, Learning & Development, to lead and optimize blended training programs at the Cainta site. The role focuses on curriculum design, client alignment, and program execution to drive growth and performance.

You will coach a team of training managers and specialists and coordinate with the VP of Learning & Development to influence global operations. The position emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and deep expertise in adult learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Training Management experience in Home/Virtual or Onsite environments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and applying them to curricula.
• Leadership to define and oversee structured training programs.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve training problems including follow-through.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, communicate, launch, and execute blended learning training programs.
• Conceptualize and implement curricula for sustained business growth.
• Provide coaching and motivation to enhance engagement and success of training managers and specialists.
• Communicate with external clients to align on training needs and results.
• Define tasks for implementation of client-specific training programs.
• Serve as the point of contact for all training related issues for the client/account.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan Learning Delivery's role in launches.
• Partner with Global Leadership Development to enhance skills training for agents, supervisors, and trainers.
