Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Instructional Designer to work remotely from Manila, Philippines. You will craft engaging, learner-centered experiences using e-learning tools and modern design principles, influencing global curricula and outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with the Global Head of Learning and Development to deliver data-driven, human-centered learning experiences across diverse clients and geographies. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) / Learning Experience Systems (LXS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; basic Excel.
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with task management tools.
• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate impact of training programs.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, incubate, test, and go live with learning solutions across clients, verticals, and geographies.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Support Global Learning Delivery Project Management in curriculum design and redesign.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance, predict learner success, and drive outcomes.
• Research learning tools and platforms to stay ahead.
