Job summary

TTEC is seeking an onsite Learning and Development Trainer in the Philippines, supporting new hires across locations such as Pasay City, Quezon City, Araneta, and more. You’ll guide them through our values, workspace tools, timekeeping apps, and product procedures to set them up for success from day one.

You'll report to the Manager, Learning & Development and will welcome and excite new starters, delivering high-quality product training, testing, and attendance monitoring throughout the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more in training and adult learning or call center experience.
• Team building and nurturing an inclusive learning environment.
• Engage and support your trainees in making sure they have the proper tools and systems knowledge to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide new hires to develop knowledge of values, workspace tools, timekeeping apps, and client products.
• Teach, test, and monitor attendance and absence during training.
• Welcome and excite new hires as they start their careers.
• Deliver high quality client product training.
