• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in IT Operations, IT Strategy, or IT Business Management.
• Proven track record of managing complex IT budgets, forecasting, and vendor financial relationships.
• Deep understanding of IT governance, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Budget Oversight: Own the global IT budget and align with targets.
• OKR Strategy & Tracking: Develop and track IT OKRs aligned to business priorities.
• IT for IT Program Leadership: Lead internal IT capability improvements and governance.
• Business Alignment & QBRs: Run quarterly business reviews for IT with exec leadership.
• Organizational Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Drive change and implement scalable processes.
• Policy Management & Governance: Establish IT policies and risk controls.
• Department Updates & Communications: Communicate IT updates across the business.
