Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasay City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to manage a 24/7 global travel services operation supporting high-volume international travel and crew movements.

You will lead managers and teams across air travel, hotels, and ground transportation, drive cost efficiency, and ensure service quality while navigating disruptions. Strong experience with GDS platforms and offshore delivery is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Management, Hospitality, Logistics or related field.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in travel, airline, shared services, contact center, or logistics.
  • At least 5 years leading managers and large operational teams.
  • Experience managing 24/7 operations and SLAs.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS platforms, airline distribution, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and fare rules.
  • Experience in global shared-services or offshore delivery environments.
  • Experience crisis response, business continuity, and operational disruptions.
  • Strong financial, analytical, vendor-management, and executive communication skills.

  • Experience leading process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change
  • Experience in global or marine crew travel is strongly preferred
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay City, Metro Manila
