Equinix is seeking a Global People Operations Leader for the People Experience team to build and run a global operations center. This role centers on high-volume, centralized execution of people programs and evolving capabilities toward AI-driven processes, while maintaining a superior employee experience.

The leader will scale the Global Center, manage capacity, and drive continuous improvement, balancing demand with cost efficiency and service quality across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience within global shared services or operations centers at scale.
• Leadership in a professional HR BPM provider is preferred.
• Experience scaling a centralized delivery center and operating model.
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and centralization vs automation.
• Track record in service management, SLAs, productivity, and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of HR systems, data, and operations in a global company.
• Experience with automation and managing high-volume transactional delivery.

Aufgaben

• Build, lead, and develop Global Center teams with clear performance expectations.
• Define operating model, capacity plan, and service catalogue for centralized work.
• Deliver high-volume, repeatable HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Establish SLAs, intake routes, hand-offs, and scalable documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and apply AI/lean methods to improve efficiency.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning to ensure scalable, cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance, risk controls, and audit readiness across centralized services.
• Protect employee experience and manage escalation and Voice of the Customer.
