Qualifications

• Proven leadership within global shared services or operations centers at scale.
• Experience in HR lifecycle processes and centralized vs automated activities.
• Track record in service management, SLAs, productivity, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Center teams, set KPIs, ensure accountability and SLAs.
• Define operating model, capacity plan, and service catalog for centralized delivery.
• Deliver high-volume, repeatable HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Establish service levels, intake routes, hand-offs, and cross-functional handovers.
• Identify automation opportunities, drive AI initiatives, and improve data quality and processes.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, ensuring scalable and cost-effective service.
